My daughter bought me the Connoisseur Corkscrew as a gift last year and it never worked properly. I didn't want to tell her because it would cause her trouble to return it, etc., but as it sits in my drawer and takes up space, and I don't use it, I decided maybe I should contact the manufacturer and get another one that works!Can you help me?
