I wait tables at a high end establishment where we sell lots of wine.I typically use a pulltaps wine key because they are offered for free alot from our wine distributers but I thought I'd try something new.The CIA 2 stepped waiter wine key looks great and with the thumb toggle on the blade I thought it would be cool because I could open the blade with one hand while holdind the bottle with the other.Long story short, this wine key didn't last three days.First of all, the blade was so tight that out of everyone in my resaurant I was the only one capable of opening it with my thumb (but it hurt).And the thumb screw fell out after 2 and a half days rendering the corkscrew pretty much unusable.I will send it back if I can.Product Description
