I received this set as a gift years ago, when I first moved to California, but have only recently begun to appreciate it fully.While I have little use for a drip collar, the remaining items are -- though quite simple -- extremely serviceable and handy.I prefer the using the blade on the corkscrew to cut capsules vs. the actual foil cutter, but the latter works quite flawlessly if you prefer a "safer" method.The stopper is perfect for use with an inert gas for preservation, and the waiter's corkscrew (with its aforementioned blade for cutting foil) is simple perfection for pulling corks -- way better than the very common wing-type corkscrew (which tends to mangle corks, in my experience).Product Description
