This product is hopeless. The pathetic thing only got used twice, it was difficult to use the first time, the second time I had to pry the cork out manually.No real instructions like, how do you take out the corkscrew to replace it.I have even gone into wine stores to find out if anyone knows how to take it out and it even confuses the experts.Also, where is the company?They just don't seem to have a website for direct comments.Lastly, I found a new home for it: "The Garbage."Product Description
